Cancellation & Returns

 

Right to Cancel

 

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without providing a justification.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at info@pacsmart.co.uk within the 14-day period.

 

Returns

 

  • If you wish to return items that are unsuitable, you may do so within 21 days of receipt.

  • Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage for unwanted goods.

  • Refunds for returns will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the items.

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

We are happy to refund, repair, or replace any goods that are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt with a description and photos of the fault.

  • We are not obligated to accept returns or issue refunds for goods that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. Our assessment will determine if the item was of satisfactory quality when you received it.

  • We will refund the return postage cost for faulty or damaged goods (up to the cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded delivery).
