Delivery & Returns Policy

 

Delivery

 

We operate Monday to Friday, so no orders are dispatched over weekends or public holidays.

 

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12pm are dispatched the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Delivery Timeframe: If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please first check with your neighbours as delivery cards are not always left. If your parcel is not there, please contact us at info@pacsmart.co.uk.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details (name, address, postcode, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering, as no changes can be made once an order has been placed.

 


 

Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

 

Returns – Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

We are happy to refund, repair, or replace any goods that are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.

 

  • If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt with a description and photos of the fault.
  • Return Timeframe: Please return items within 21 days of receipt.

  • Return Process: Include your order number inside the parcel, along with a brief description of the fault or damage. This will help us process your refund more quickly.

  • Excluded Damages: We are not obligated to accept returns or issue refunds for goods that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. Our assessment will determine if the item was of satisfactory quality when you received it.

  • Return Address: Please send faulty or damaged goods to: Pac-Smart Limited, 59 Waldegrave Road Teddington TW11 8LA

  • Return Postage: We will refund the return postage cost for faulty or damaged goods (up to the cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded delivery). If your return is too large to send by this method, please contact us to arrange an alternative.

  • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected. During busy periods, processing may take up to 14 days from receipt of the item

     

    Returns – Unwanted Goods

     

If you wish to return goods that are unsuitable, please do so within 21 days of receipt.

 

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, suitable for resale.

  • Return Postage: Please note that return postage costs for unwanted goods are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: All refunds for unwanted goods will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order via our website.

  • Gift Vouchers: We cannot offer refunds for Pac-Smart gift vouchers.

  • Proof of Postage: We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
